Short version: we store nothing.

What we collect

Nothing. TruePdf has no database, no user accounts, and no analytics that identify you.

Your PDF is loaded into server memory for the duration of the request and discarded when the response is sent. We do not write it to disk, log its contents, or retain any part of it.

Server logs

Vercel, our hosting provider, retains standard HTTP access logs (IP address, timestamp, request path, response status) for up to 30 days. These logs exist at the infrastructure level and are not accessible to TruePdf by default. We do not add additional logging.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies. We run no third-party analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). We have no advertising pixels.

Data transfers

PDF processing happens on Vercel infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-fra1). Your file does not leave that region during processing.
